Project Approach
TMI approaches every project with an understanding of our clients need for timelines, accuracy, and confidentiality. We know that project budgets, schedule, and communication are among the most important factors.
Communication
TMI recognizes that effective communication with our clients is absolutely necessary for success. One principal is assigned to each client and the necessary communication media and frequency are established with our clients to assure that the project runs smoothly.
QA/QC
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) is not considered and extra step in our projects; it is an integral component. TMI has developed a comprehensive QA/QC manual which guides each step of every project. No deliverable leaves our office without review. We have developed project check lists for ourselves and for our client’s confirmation of our QA/QC. |
